We're creators of the ClockTamer, the leading reference clock generator for the OpenBTS community.
We're authors of the first open-source WiMAX receiver, a WiMAX PHY level implementation written completely in software. Written for fun, this project is yet to show its potential.
Right now we're launching production of a GSM base station for the use in remote, rural and developing regions. UmTRX is our budget-friendly hardware to be used with OpenBTS or OpenBSC software to run profitable mobile networks at the <5$/month ARPU. This solution opens the door to mobile communications for millions if not billions of people around the world.
Our next goal will be to provide a complete easy‑to‑use mobile communictaion system for tiny and small operators.
And yes, we're strong open-source proponents. We believe this is an important part of our support for developing regions and innovation in generals.
